Summary

Add CI pipelines to the greet project. For this PR we define two pipelines which perform the same tasks.

Woodpecker CI

We now have the Woodpecker server up and running over at https://workflow.dananglin.me.uk so we've added a pipeline to test Woodpecker's integration with Forgejo.

Dagger CI

We first started looking at creating a pipeline with Dagger CI and integrating it with Woodpecker, but then we felt that it may it overcomplicate things. We would like to keep the Dagger pipeline in the project with the hope that we can run a standalone implementation of Dagger which would potentially replace Woodpecker in the future.
